This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1️⃣ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During festivals, sale events, or high-order periods, processing may take a little longer.
    We appreciate your patience as a growing brand. 💛

2️⃣ Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational constraints.


3️⃣ Tracking Information

  • You will receive an SMS/email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch depending on the courier partner.

4️⃣ Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If the order remains undelivered due to:
    • Wrong/incomplete address
    • Unreachable or switched-off phone
    • Customer unavailability

…the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping or return-to-origin (RTO) charges may apply.


5️⃣ Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹1499.
  • Orders below ₹1499 may attract standard delivery charges shown at checkout.

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions — terms may vary based on cart value, location or active offers.


6️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across India on eligible PIN codes.
  • COD is offered as a free payment option to support secure and confident shopping.
  • To avoid failed deliveries and misuse, COD orders may be confirmed via WhatsApp/Call before dispatch.
  • Repeated COD refusal or fake address information may result in restriction of COD service for future orders.

7️⃣ Damage During Transit

We pack your products with care. However, if a package appears:

  • Tampered,
  • Open,
  • or, Damaged on delivery,

please do not accept the parcel and notify us immediately.

Once accepted, courier damage claims cannot be raised.


8️⃣ Wrong, Defective or Missing Items

If you receive a:

  • Wrong product,
  • Defective item,
  • or Something missing from your order,

please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

✔ Order number

✔ Unboxing video (mandatory for claims)

✔ Clear photos

This helps us process claims smoothly and avoid misuse of policy.


9️⃣ Shipping Delays Beyond Our Control

Bedsheetwale is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier operational delays
  • Weather interruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes or government restrictions
  • Pandemic or logistics disruptions

Once the order is handed to the courier, delivery time is beyond our direct control.


🔟 Address Changes After Order

  • Address change requests can be accepted only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
