1️⃣ Are the products exactly the same as shown in pictures?
Yes — we always ship the same design and product shown on the website.
However, slight color variations may occur due to:
- Mobile/monitor display settings
- Photography lighting
- Fabric dye batch variations (normal in textiles)

Our collections currently include:

- Cotton Blend Bedsheets (Cotton + Polyester mix)
- Premium Cotton Blend Bedsheets

3️⃣ Will the bedsheet shrink after wash?
⚠️ 100% pure cotton may experience slight natural shrinkage (2–5%) in the first wash.
This is normal for real cotton fabrics.

4️⃣ Do your bedsheets fade after washing?
No — our bedsheets are made with quality dyes.
However, for longest life:
- Wash separately first time
- Use mild detergent
- Avoid strong chemicals & bleach
- Dry in shade

5️⃣ Are pillow covers included with the bedsheet?
Yes — pillow covers are included unless stated otherwise.
Each product description clearly mentions:

Delivery time:
- Metro cities: 3–6 working days
- Non-metro & small towns: 5–10 working days
- Remote areas: 7–14 days

8️⃣ Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently:
- COD is available only for select locations

Yes — exchange is accepted only if:
- Product is unused
- Product is unwashed
- Original tags & packaging are intact
- Exchange request is raised within timeline mentioned in policy

That’s rare — but if it happens, we will take responsibility.
