At Bedsheetwale, we take pride in offering thoughtfully crafted cotton and cotton-blend bedsheets made with quality materials and attention to detail. While we ensure strict quality checks before dispatching every order, we understand that rare manufacturing defects can occur.

This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to claim warranty support.


🛏️ What This Warranty Covers

Our bedsheets come with a 7-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty applies only to:

  • stitching defects
  • fabric weave flaws (holes, major weaving errors)
  • printing misalignment visible before use
  • product damaged during delivery condition (after verification)

If verified and approved, we will offer:

  • exchange of the same product (subject to stock availability), OR
  • exchange of another product of the equal value, OR
  • store credit if replacement is unavailable

Refunds are not applicable under warranty.


🚫 What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • product washed, used, or tried on the bed
  • normal color variation due to photography or screen
  • natural cotton shrinkage (2–5%)
  • wrinkling (normal for cotton)
  • damage due to bleach, detergent, heat, washing machine, dryer or iron
  • fading caused by sunlight or harsh chemicals usage
  • pilling, roughness or softness preference
  • fabric care instructions not followed
  • damage during misuse or mishandling
  • theft, stains, perfume marks, body oil, food marks, pet scratches, thread pulling

Note: Pure cotton and cotton blends may have minor natural texture variations. Minor texture, print, or color variation in cotton fabrics is normal and not considered a defect.


📦 Condition Requirements for Warranty Approval

To qualify for warranty, the product must be:

  • unused & unwashed
  • free from stains or damage
  • free from stains, perfume, detergent smell or damage
  • returned with original packaging, invoice, labels and tags

Final approval is subject to quality verification by Bedsheetwale.


🧾 Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty request:

  1. Email us at namaste@bedsheetwale.in
  2. Include:
    • order ID
    • concern description
    • clear photos from multiple angles
    • unboxing / first opening video (strongly recommended)

Response time: 24–72 working hours

If approved, exchange will be processed per our Cancellation & Exchange Policy.

🚚 Shipping Charges for Warranty Claims

  • If the defect is verified: Bedsheetwale will cover return & replacement shipping.
  • If the defect is not verified: Customer will bear shipping charges both ways.

⚠ Important Notes

  • Warranty starts from the delivery date.
  • Warranty is valid for one claim per order.
  • Warranty does not renew or extend after replacement.
  • No warranty is applicable after washing/usage.
