By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

⚠️ Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1️⃣ Use of Our Website

  • You agree not to misuse our website for fraud, duplicate orders, wrong claims, or harmful activities.
  • All content including images, product descriptions, logos and photographs belong to Bedsheetwale and cannot be copied or reused without written permission.

2️⃣ Product Representation & Authenticity

We aim to provide accurate product images, descriptions, and sizing.

However, by purchasing from Bedsheetwale, you acknowledge and agree to the following natural variations common in the textile industry:

Colour Variation

  • A minor colour difference (approx. 3–12%) may occur due to:
    • natural lighting used during product photography
    • device screen brightness, resolution and display settings
    • dye batch differences in fabric production

This is normal and not considered a defect or valid reason for refund/exchange.

Print Placement & Fabric Texture

  • Patterns, motifs or prints may vary slightly depending on fabric cut and production lot.
  • Fabric feel may differ slightly between batches, especially with hand-processed cotton textiles.

Size Tolerance

  • All stitched textile products may have a measurement tolerance of ± 2–5 cm due to standard production and stitching processes.
  • Slight shrinkage (mainly in 100% cotton) after the first wash is normal and expected.

These variations are industry standard and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

3️⃣ Product Information & Pricing

  • All product prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Prices, discounts and offers may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Product colors may slightly vary due to screen resolution and lighting.
  • Product dimensions are approximate and minor variations may occur.

4️⃣ Order & Confirmation

  • Orders placed on our website must be complete with accurate name, address, and contact information.
  • Cash On Delivery (COD) orders may be confirmed via WhatsApp/Call/SMS before dispatch.
  • Orders may be cancelled by Bedsheetwale if incorrect details or suspicious activity is detected.

5️⃣ Return-to-origin (RTO) & Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:

  • incomplete/incorrect address
  • unreachable number
  • customer refusal (especially COD)

The order is not eligible for refund.

Re-shipping charges apply for redelivery.

This ensures protection from misuse and prevents financial loss

6️⃣ Warranty & Quality

  • All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
  • Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects.
  • Damage due to misuse, washing, or wear & tear is not covered.

7️⃣ Cancellation, Exchange & No Refund Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours or before dispatch.
  • We follow a strict No Refund Policy.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for valid reasons:
    • manufacturing defect
    • wrong product received
    • size issue (if available)
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed & with original packaging.
  • If exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, management may decide on store credit/refund.

8️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders above  ₹1499.
  • Orders below ₹1499 may attract standard delivery charges.
  • Delivery timelines vary between 3-12 working days based on location.
  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, delays beyond our control may occur.

9️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across eligible PIN codes.
  • COD is offered free as a payment option for customer convenience.
  • Fake addresses, refusal, or repeated undelivered COD orders may result in:
    • restriction of COD service
    • RTO & re-shipping charges
  • COD cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

🔟 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • selecting correct size, design, and quantity
  • providing accurate delivery details
  • being available to receive the parcel

Bedsheetwale is not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect information.

1️⃣1️⃣ Intellectual Property Rights

  • All branding elements including logo, packaging design, written content, visuals, product layout and digital assets belong to Bedsheetwale.
  • Duplication or unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

1️⃣2️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Bedsheetwale is not responsible for:

  • Delayed or failed deliveries caused by courier partners
  • Wrong laundry practices resulting in damage
  • Misuse, accidents, or wear & tear after delivery
  • Service interruptions by external vendors (like payment gateway or courier tracking)

Our total liability is limited strictly to the invoice value of the order.

1️⃣3️⃣ Changes to Terms

Bedsheetwale may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of revised terms.

1️⃣4️⃣ Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian Law.

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts in India.
