Cancellation & Exchange Policy (Refunds Not Applicable)

At Bedsheetwale, each order is packed with care and checked thoroughly before dispatch to ensure the best shopping experience. To maintain fairness, hygiene, and product quality standards, we follow a strict and transparent No Refund Policy.
However, we do allow limited exchange under eligible circumstances defined below.
1️⃣ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order OR before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2️⃣ Exchange Request Eligibility
Exchange requests are considered only for the following valid reasons:
- wrong product delivered
- manufacturing defect or transit damage
- size mismatch (if requested size is available)
- product received is completely different from the order (subject to verification)
⚠️ Exchange due to change of mind, colour preference, pattern expectation, or slight shade difference due to screen/lighting will not be accepted.
3️⃣ Mandatory Proof Requirement
You must provide the following for an exchange request:
📌 Mandatory unedited unboxing video showing:
- entire package in sealed condition
- entire package opening process
- product clearly visible with defects without cuts or edits
📌 Clear photos of product and packaging.
⚠️ Requests without proper proof will be automatically rejected.
4️⃣ Exchange Request Timeline
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once approved, the product must be returned within 7 days in its original unused condition.
5️⃣ Condition for Exchange Approval
Product must be:
- unused, unwashed, un-ironed and undamaged.
- with original tags, invoice, packaging, and accessories.
⚠️ Products failing these conditions will not be accepted.
6️⃣ Seller Verification & Approval
All exchange requests undergo a strict quality check and approval process.
- Approval is not guaranteed.
- Bedsheetwale reserves the right to accept or reject exchange requests based on the evidence provided and product condition.
This ensures fairness and protects against fraudulent claims.
7️⃣ Shipping & Charges
If exchange is approved:
- if the mistake is from our end (wrong product/defective verified) → exchange shipping is free.
- for all other exchange reasons → customer must bear:
- return courier charges
- and/or re-delivery charges
Note: Standard shipping charges apply for re-delivery on orders below ₹1499.
8️⃣ No Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, except rare special cases where:
- Exchange is approved but replacement stock is unavailable.
- Final decision lies with Bedsheetwale management.
9️⃣ Quality Check
- All returned products undergo strict quality inspection.
If the product fails inspection (washed/used/damaged/tampered), exchange will be rejected and product will be returned to customer.
🔟 Failed Delivery / RTO Orders
If delivery fails due to:
- wrong or incomplete address
- customer unavailable
- call/SMS not responded
- COD refusal
→ Order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and is not eligible for refund or cancellation.
Re-shipping charges apply if customer wants re-delivery.
